Post Hitachi shows off new ultra-affordable HD Ready LCD projector

Hitachi has announced that it's about to launch a new home cinema projector. Built to replace the enthusiastically received PJ-TX200, the new PJ-TX300 uses LCD technology and delivers some impressive-sounding specifications. Not least among these is a claimed contrast ratio of 10000:1, which improves on the already impressive 7000:1 of the TX200....
