The psp is dead!

Hold on a moment! - you get unlocking software, a DVD containing four movies. Now let me think!!!!!

So because I BUY this pack I can unlock the movie and transfer to my psp or other device?. Yet if I just buy a dvd/cd its ilegal to convert it to another format. Way to go sony.
