JVC launches new designer portable music players

”JVC, the leading provider of audio-visual equipment, introduces a new alneo digital audio player line-up with two stylish units: the XA-F107 and XA-F57. These compact, attractive players have a built-in 1GB (F107) or 512MB (F57) Flash Memory, and each can come in four different colours. These players are compatible with MP3, WMA, and WMA-DRM files, and deliver clearer sound details with an 18-bit ΣΔ D/A converter. They both allow easy drag-and-drop file transfer with a USB connection, and direct recording from connected analogue players.

The XA-F107’s 1GB Flash Memory can store up to approx. 250* MP3 / 500* WMA files, while the XA-F57’s 512MB capacity allows 120* MP3 / 250* WMA files. Both alneo digital audio players also let you store and play DRM-protected WMA files from the Internet, and allow quick and easy file transfer with a USB connection. They deliver premium sound quality with the 18-bit ΣΔ D/A converter, which offers clearer sound details through special signal processing. In addition to PC files, the new alneo players can record songs directly from your home audio devices via Line in input. The units automatically convert analogue audio to the MP3 format.

In addition to storing and playing music files, the new alneos serve as your portable USB memory, letting you store non-music files such as text and image files, for easy transfer between PCs. The headphones come combined with the neckstrap for comfortable hassle-free listening. For tag information, the players support as many as 27 languages. alneo players also come with a sleep timer, and let you adjust sound with 5 preset EQ modes: CLASSIC, JAZZ, ROCK, POP, and BASS. Manual EQ adjustment is also available.
