Just got the delightful news that I've been put back a fortnight. Frankly, the offer of the £20 refund doesn't really compensate for this, especially as the big roll-out of programmes over the bank holiday weekend is now going to be missed.

In the letter from Sky it said that if I was prepared to wait even longer until July, there'd by a £40 refund (wow, Mr Murdoch, that's really impressive).
