UK company launches new designer plasma TV stand and AV storage solution

Northern Ireland-based Gregsons UK Ltd has announced the launch of its new MediaCentre, a handcrafted, free-standing flat screen television stand.

The company claims its MediaCentre is ‘a contemporary piece of furniture for any home or office setting that offers numerous benefits over anything else on the market’.

Among these benefits are the fact that its free-standing design negates the need for any costly, invasive and disruptive channelling out of walls to hide cables and wiring when positioning a flat screen television.

What’s more, the MediaCentre is suitable for any size of plasma or LCD screen; is made from high quality wood in four finishes; features concealed cable management; lets you revolve the screen to your optimum viewing angle; and features double glass shelves for component placement and storing DVDs/CDs.

The MediaCentre is supplied securely box packed in two parts – but don’t worry, Gregson assures us that the stand and base slot together easily (full instructions are included).

Key points
* A choice of four quality wood finishes (oak, wenge, beech and maple). A bespoke service is also available, which can cater for customers’ specific requirements (paint, wood etc).
* Two toughened, safety glass shelves with discreet cable outlets to hide cables and wiring.
* A 30% turning circle.
* Double doors with magnetic closure to the rear allowing ease of access to any internal equipment or cables. Inside there are plentiful electrical sockets to cater for a number of different audio and entertainment units such as DVD, Video, CD, Hi-Fi, Sky box etc
* Compact shelving to each side of the unit - useful for storing CDs, DVDs and books etc keeping them readily to hand yet out of immediate view.
* Delivery in one week

For more information, visit Gregsons’ website.
