Buying from M&S is just a nightmare (for me). They show items are in stock for next day delivery and you even pay the premium for next day delivery. Well the next day delivery is ONLY when they have the item in stock, which most of the time isn't.

2 times I had to call up and getting a cancellation of my orders. Never ever going to buy from M&S online again.
