i wondered if gordan brows future of everyone having broadband seen as its as important as water apparently includes free broadband for all those benefit seekers ? i think so

I personally don't think it's fair that they want to charge the public by adding to the already high tv-licence fee / phone bill etc ... While those in the city's and surrounding areas may benefit, those in rural areas will still have to wait a long, long time for the infrastructure to catch up. Maybe they should tax those areas that they upgrade. Personally I think the whole tax thing is wrong. You can bet other countries don't have to put up with it. Welcome to backward Britain...
