Trainee Crestron Job (Willing to train into anything)

[FONT=Verdana]Hi im only 18 and I am currently under going the crestron programming courses and now going to do my 3rd one in February which is the [/FONT][FONT=Gill Sans MT]Intermediate Programming Course[/FONT][FONT=Verdana]. I have done this all off my own back using my own money just to try and get started.
I was just wondering if any one knows of anything with a trainee or junior requirement to help develop my skills by working along side some one maybe, to learn. I am willing to go on any training courses that i may need to help me get through my career in the AV industry.
I'm a very hard worker and willing to train to a high standard and work well in a team.
Willing to travel along way as i would really like to get involved with the Industry.
