247 electrical vat number

Hello all,

I had purchased a product from 247electrical.co.uk but never got a invoice. My accountant required the vat number as the purchase was for business use. Does anybody have there VAT Number, it should be on a invoice, if so please can I have it????

Hi, the best place to get this from would be from 247electrical themselves. This should be the first place to go. Is there a phone number perhaps on your bill to contact them on?

Aren't they now in administration? In which case, companies house might be a decent first port of call...

They are in administration and all closed, I think. Website is broken.

Hi all vat 920963422 is the vat number for myvouchercodes.co.uk not 247electrical.co.uk. I have checked companies house but they only have the company number not the VAT number. Has anybody purchased from them as it will be on a invoice???

Sorry, never bought anything from them. Thought I found the VAT number, but turns out it's the one for a voucher site instead..

WebCHeck - Select and Access Company Information may help the MD is Domonic Youdkin (sp?) Outkey distribution limited were the shell of 247 so you have have more luck searching for them at HMRC

Presuming you are in the (England and Wales) VAT system, you don't just require the VAT number to claim back the VAT. You should have a copy of the VAT invoice (which shows the VAT number) to be able to prove the ability to claim back the VAT on the purchase (which should be available for HMRC to view if they request it). If you can't provide the invoice, HMRC could ask you to pay back the VAT you have claimed back as input VAT.

Do you have proof of purchase? i.e. Did you pay by credit card/debit card? It will show who you purchased it from.

Did you get an email to confirm purchase?
