We are a London based company focusing in the high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality technology design and installation sector. We’re seeking a technical support position to work our UK based projects; we have offices in London, New York, Palm Springs, and Seattle.
This position requires a candidate with impeccable customer service & communication skills, hardware installation skills, and programming commissioning and computer skills. This position requires strong familiarity with high-end audio systems, lighting control systems, home integration and programming.
A solid foundation in computer skills and the ability to learn new applications, programs, and A/V systems quickly is essential.
We are NOT seeking a company IT person for computer systems; this position is for the High-end Audio Visual market, only
You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with clients. You must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
You must be willing to travel for up to 10-days at a time. Locations are London, New York, Hawaii, France, and Italy, Palm Springs, and of course Seattle.There is ample opportunity for advancement, both into higher tiers of Technical Support, Project Management and Systems Administration.
Systems design, implementation and trouble-shooting of company represented systems, such as Lutron, Crestron, Vantage Elan, Clipsal.
Turn-key construction documents, and field implementation.
Provide customer support in setup, configuration, troubleshooting and conflict resolution Programming, systems commissioning.
Project management experience inclusive of job and systems documentation, written paper-trail for all job related activities, and external communication documentation and close-out, including training.
Skills/Experience: Those with 5 years of actual hands-on experience in technical support, system administration, and programming will be given preference
Problem solving and trouble-shooting skills

Experience and genuine dedication to customer care/service
Rock-solid knowledge of AV systems (you will need to list them and how much training and installations you have under your direction
