I'm not sure I'm in the right place? I like checking out this forum but I only mooch around it when I've got some spare time, which isn't as often as I'd like, so sorry if I'm in the wrong place. Anyway...

I run an AV installation business and I'm looking for a new installer to join our young, fun and quite frankly awesome team! Someone who has experience, bags of enthusiasm and a great attitude as a starter for ten...

We install mostly Crestron, but do quite a bit of quality Home Cinema, Sonos, Lutron, yada, yada, yada... We're also losing out Control 4 virginity to a good sized job (£170k) towards the end of this year, which will be a pretty big project to cut our teeth on, so experience in Control 4 would be very useful indeed. Just don't tell Crestron huh ;-) (Don't worry, we still love Crestron, just in case you are reading this, Greg). Anyway, joking aside, IP knowledge is a must. Oh, and you've got to be a HUGE geek, but if you're on here, I guess that's a given.

We're based in Wokingham (Berks), with warehousing in Sandhurst (Berks) and we work mostly around the home counties, sometimes in London and more and more we seem to be working abroad too, mostly in existing clients homes in and around Europe - Portugal, Spain, Switzerland at the moment.

As I just said in another post, long hours are part of the job, so that will have to sit comfortably with you, and if you're lucky enough to have one, your family.

We've been going as a company for nearly 4 years, so we're reasonably well established, although I've been in the industry since I was 18, which is 11 years now. I know my stuff. I'm basically a massive nerd with an exceptional attitude to customer service and a half-decent personality who's building a crack team of honest, bright, enthusiastic, dedicated and knowledgable people to help me acheive my goal of delighting every single client we are lucky enough to come across.
