Due to expansion and internal promotion we are urgently seeking a Hi-Fi / AV Telesales Executive to assist in their continuing growth.

Role: Achieving sales targets set each month by Sales Management. To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting a combination of existing customer base and prospective customers. Maximise sales GP by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls. Entering all orders received system accurately. Following up all quotations within an agreed timescale Manage the sales process for resolving the cancellation of orders. Ensuring that such matters are expedited speedily, and the information is accurate and up-to date. Regular liaison with both colleagues and clients in regards to up dates and changes in product range
Candidate: Previous AV or Hi-Fi experience Previous Sales experience Excellent communication skills
