A110 bitstreams HD audio and also decodes DTS.
If you don't use hd audio and you have an amp for decoding the DTS then the a100 is fine.

If you don't use hd audio and you have an amp for decoding the DTS then the a100 is fine. | The A100 takes IDE drives which have limited capacities (640GB??) while the A110 uses the newer SATA drives currently at 2TB.
Not an issue if you intend to stream media from a central server/NAS drive.
