For sale CYP CH-12 2:1 Splitter

I have been using this split the HDMI output from my Pace Sky+ HD to displays in my kitchen (23" 768p) and bedroom (37" 1080p) without any problems via 2 x 10m HDMI cables. I have added another display so I bought a 1:4 replacement from the same manufacturer. Here are the specs of the splitter.
