Are you still looking? If so i've got an Pioneer NTSC CLD-3760KV - It has AC-3 output plus an inbuilt attenuator -Not a UK model.

Realistically it's a CD/VIDEO CD/Laserdisc Disc player plus it has LaserKaraoke built in.
