I have read the trading rules and agree to abide by them at all times until the transaction is concluded to the satisfaction of all parties involved : Yes.

By replying to this thread you agree to abide by the trading rules detailed here.

Please be advised, all buyers and sellers should satisfy themselves that the other party is genuine by providing the following via PM to each other after negotiations are complete and prior to dispatching goods and making payment:

1) Landline telephone number. Make a call to check out the area code and number are correct too!
2) Name and address including postcode
3) Valid e-mail address (no disposable addresses such as @gmail or @yahoo for example).

DO NOT proceed with a deal until you are completely satisfied with all details being correct. It's in your best interest to check out these details yourself.

Also we advise that the vendor post images of the items for sale. This helps your sale by showing the condition of the goods prior to dispatch.

Re: Wanted : Humax Foxsat HDR

Hi Mate,

I've got one available. I bought it from Argos for £293 a few months ago, but I've hardly used it as I now have a Panny plasma with Freesat built in and very rarely record anything.

It's boxed and in excellent condition. I'd be looking for £215 inc postage

Cheers,
Steve

Re: Wanted : Humax Foxsat HDR

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the offer.

It looks like they've come down in price since you bought yours - they're only £244 new here and Humax are selling A-graded ones for £229 here (these are as-new with full warranty).

Based on this, I'd probably value a second-hand one at under £200. Would you be able to lower your asking price at all?

Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris
To be honest I'm already basing my price on the box being £205 and the postage being £10. I'd reduce it to £210 Inc postage but that would be as low as I'd be prepared to go.

Cheers
Steve

Re: Wanted : Humax Foxsat HDR

I have one for £200 delivered if you're still interested? It's about 4 months old and in excellent condition.

If the OP isn't interested in this then I'd be interested to make an offer

Re: Wanted : Humax Foxsat HDR

I haven't heard from the OP and there has been another enquiry so I've started a thread here
