Owing to the purchase of a dedicated Bluray player, I no longer need my IR4PS3 v3 Bluetooth to infared convertor. These come in two varieties, this one was a DIY unit, which I built using the insides of the PS3 Bluetooth remote.

This allows you to use a universal remote to send bluetooth commands to the Playstation 3. I used it with my Pronto, and it worked great.
Also includes a USB to mains adaptor.
