Re: For Sale : HIFI/AV RACK

Each shelve has a width of 430mm and a depth of 360mm.
The total width is approx 550mm x 440mm.
Hope this helps!.

Hi marc e marc,

Thanks for the measurements, just to let you know it won't fit in the area I wanted to ideally place it.

Re: For Sale : HIFI/AV RACK

Hello mate.
I have two units:
z9: Dimensions (WxDxH) 43.5 cm x 47.1 cm x 21.1 cm
Ki: Dimensions (WxDxH) 44.0 cm x 36.4 cm x 12.3 cm

Do you know if they will fit.
Also do you have any internet links...there may be some suggestions on how I can get my amps in in the unit.

thanks
Ekso

Re: For Sale : HIFI/AV RACK

Hi.these would probably have to sit on top of the units on the isolation platforms with any smaller separate parts underneath. As long as the feet on your units are less than 360mm apart I don't see a problem.I used to sit my marantz cd94 on top of one and an arcam avr350 on the other at one point.

Cheers.

Re: For Sale : HIFI/AV RACK

thanks for the info. I'm most concerned about the z9. It weighs 30Kg.
Do you have any internet links (make and model number) so I can dig into more details on the rack.
thanks

sorry. Cant do that. All discussions need to be on thread. Easy mistake to make, especially as you are a new member.

I think I am going to give your sale a miss. Too much money to spend without having the confirmation. ideally I am looking for something that is 500mm wide. this wont cut it and with 30Kgs on a top shelf with nothing below ( squeezebox, popcorn and a DAC), the weight is going to be all top heavy.

Good luck with the sale.

Re: For Sale : HIFI/AV RACK

Sorry for etiquette mistake.I see your dilemma,it's hard when you can't see the unit yourselve.Just to confirm, this is a very good quality fully isolated unit, and as long as you don't mind your amps on top of each tower, the stability of the product is not a problem. All of your smaller/lighter ancillary units can go underneath.I use the isolation shelfs, one with a granite platform which will take my weight sitting on top!.
Thanks again for your enquiry...Marc
