Right i was given these speakers 20 years ago, however i had not opened them up until recently. However when i brought them, the voice coil was broken on one of the speakers. (i didn't know at the time)
Sold them on flea bay, and the guy obviously wanted a refund because they were broke. However he was a professional audio person and he fixed the speakers for me, and now they sound perfect.
The only way you can tell work was carried out on the speakers is the excess glue? which i have enclosed pics of.
So now i want to sell them again.
They are NOT brand new, as they look fairly used (crack which is pointed out), but in terms of sound they sound amazing.
These are the Kef Cr200 speakers which were the first speakers to incorporate kef's glorious Uni-Q technology:
"Then, again in 1988, came Uni-Q®. A design process, painstakingly evolved by KEF over several years, by which a single point source at last became a reality. The HF units made use of a rare-earth magnet material." - Kef History website
On the speakers it is written:
50 Watts
4 Ohms
and the serial number
