Our classifieds forums are unique because:

• Classifieds trading rules. Please read these before posting in any of our classifieds forums. As of 19th October 2011, our trading rules have changed. We have highlighted the changes in yellow. Please note the new changes and ensure you are, as always, familiar with our trading rules.
• Before you can start a new advert in a forum, you must first archive your old one. Just click Thread Tools -> Archive Thread.
• Tutorial video on how to leave feedback.
• Check the bad traders forum.

If a trade goes bad, please report the first post in the thread to moderators with a full explanation of what has happened.

<b>New members of AVForums are not permitted to contact other members either by Private Message (PM) or email.</b> This restriction has been imposed to help prevent the scammers from contacting members by PM or email.

Members who have joined a certain number of days ago and posted a certain number of times will automatically be added to the Messaging Enabled group. (A check is run every hour, so the update will not be instantaneous). This is a kind of flag for your account which determines whether you have access to the PM and email systems in AVForums.

If you are a new member and you wish to contact another member for legitimate reasons (for example to exchange information following an agreed deal in our classifieds), then please use the Group Memberships page in your Control Panel to request to be added to the Messaging Enabled group.
A moderator will then check your details and decide whether to grant your request or not.
