Sony KDL40V4000U @ £500 - Bargain or Not ?

Seen the Sony KDL40V4000U advertised at £499.95 is that a bargain or not, or more importantly a good TV ?

You will struggle to find them at this price now, Dixons online @550 ish, when in stock. Otherwise plenty of places @ £599.

Sony Centres are £599 with 5 yrs warrenty....

john lewis were doing them for 499.99 with a5yr warranty as well,

John Lewis had it at £499 for only one day, I decided to get one the day after and they'd whacked the price back up! I bided my time til New Years day and got it for £513.90 (including delivery) from Dixons with a £50 off discount voucher, that's alot cheaper than it's available elsewhere.

if you see any tv at john lewis at a very good price, jump on it quick, as they go out of stock within hours, 5 year warranty is very handy too

If your located anywhere near coventry, Go to TTC Discount SuperStore, they got these beauties for £550 with 5 year warranty!

I'm sure they got loads! But give them a ring first. And say you saw the billboard if they ask where you saw the price, because its £599 in-store.
