Free TV Express Next Day Delivery (Amazon)

This isn't a specific hardware offer, but it concerns electrical hardware and it'll save you money.

If you go to Amazon.co.uk they are trying to push something called Amazon Prime. This is a 'gold' service where for 50 quid a year you can receive extra benefits when you order goods.

Now, they are offering it on a one months free trial. As part of the 'prime package' you receive FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. This includes all LCD/PLASMA TVS and other large electrical appliances.

This isn't too shabby, especially considering many online retailers will charge you upto 40 quid for courier delivery for a TV, OR they will offer free delivery and you'll have to wait a lengthy 14-28 days for delivery.

So if/when you want to buy large electrical goods from Amazon, take up the Amazon Prime Trial, exploit the free next day delivery, and cancel at the end of your trial period.

REMEMBER to cancel though as if you forget to cancel they'll take it that you wish to subscribe fully to Amazon Prime.
