360 HD DVD Drive + Superman Returns £114.99 @ HMV

Instore, saw it today. Previous price for a Xbox 360 HD DVD drive at HMV was £129.99.

However they are now doing it for £114.99 and throwing in Superman Returns on HD DVD for free, which they usually sell for £27.

Might be of use to someone.

Sorrry to be lazy, but can you plug an x-box HD-DVD drive into a HTPC USB drive and expect it to work???

I'm not 100% sure of this (I doubt it) but I've heard that you can take the drive out the the enclosure and install it in a PC.

I can't find the thread but I'm sure I read on this forum you can get driver software to run the drive on a PC.
