Sony NV-U82 sat nav for price of NV-U52

Decided to change my old, poorly supported Packard Bell sat nav & picked the new Sony NV-U52 from Argos. I checked the stock on the Argos website & noticed a disclaimer that a model of similar of greater spec may be supplied. Reserved one at my local store & off I went, expecting them to try & give me an older NV-U51 or even 50. When they brought it out it was the NV-U82 - a £250 sat nav unit for £150!
Would be curious to know what other stores are doing. Anyone after a sat nav fancy taking a gamble?

Tried this, u52 not in stock but u82 is! at about 20 stores.... don`t know how you managed it? you must be lucky!

Yes, there were only 2 stores in my area showig stock of the NV-U52. Luckily one was my local store. But, it would appear that they don't actually have the NV-U52.

Thanks for the heads up , I got mine from Maidenhead , and I believe they have one more in stock .
