HP 19" LCD Monitor (PC) VGA + DVI

Stonking value for £86.73 incl. Read how!.......

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...118830&_LOC=UK

This is an absolute bargain when you take off the £10 Google checkout and the £30 cashback from HP. That's only £86.73, yes you read right, £86.73 delivered and with 3 year warranty.

This unit also allows rotation of the screen to portrait. It has pivot and heigth adjustment as well. Although its not widescreen, for PC work many people still prefer the "squarer" monitor.

Bargain!

Re: HP 19" LCD Monitor (PC) VGA + DVI

I ordered two (one for me and one for my daughter) and have been shipped out today. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on one!

I just spotted it also has a 2 port USB hub and a USB cable as well. I'm liking this more and more!

Re: HP 19" LCD Monitor (PC) VGA + DVI

Monitors arrived today!

Only opened one as the other is a present.

What a great bit of kit! No dead pixels. Portrait mode is neat as is the USB hub. The height and tilt adjustment is spring assisted so is easy to move around. Picture is bright and easy to read. Supplied software allows easy switching between portrait and landscape mode, but as the Nvidia drivers had that anyway, no big deal there. Had a quick look at Quake2 for games speed and any ghosting, and it looked OK to me.

It were a bargain it were!

Re: HP 19" LCD Monitor (PC) VGA + DVI

Yeah, that's what I've sent to HP, the Google Checkout Receipt. Just posted the paperwork this afternoon. I cannot see any other paperwork (i.e. despatch notificastion, or the delivery note) which will meet HP's requirements. They need a receipt with date and price.

Re: HP 19" LCD Monitor (PC) VGA + DVI

UPDATE:

HP would not accept the printed output I sent from the Google email order details, nor from Google's on-line receipt screen. I had to provide eBuyer's printed invoice details which showed the VAT number. Go into the ebuyer Order History, select the order, then the hyperlinked "INVOICED" under the status columns. I printed that out to PDF and sent it. They accepted that and are processing my refund!

HTH
