Great deals on Toshiba HD-A1 players!!!!!!

I have just spoken to a friend of mine who runs this company -

www.dvdworldusa.com

He is selling the Toshiba HD-A1 @ £450 delivered with 5 FREE HD films

It doesn't stop there

He has told me that when purchasing, in the comments box when proceeding throught checkout, if you mention my name (Marcus) and add the comment "AV Forums Member" he will chuck in another film for FREE! that makes 6 free titles in all

That is one of the best deals to be had on this player EVER

Remember to add my name and "AV Forums Member" in the comments box to receive this deal

Dont say I dont do anything for you

Hi

Thats pretty good! I got mine from a US retail outlet which has a 5200 odd POWER SELLER rating on ebay for £342 inc. delivery from the USA.

seller: electronics-store
Thats $500 unit + $140 delivery

CH

But perhaps he could arrange a buy 2/3 hd-dvd's get 1 free!! go on, ask!!!

The players can be had on e bay cheaper I agree but Tony is a reputable seller, selling brand new units with 6 free films to forum members and a delivery time of less than 5 working days usually.

You can get stung (as I have in the past) buying from the states via ebay

The films retail at nearly £20 a pop so you are getting £100 worth af films free too remember

Do you get your choice of titles?

Marcus

I registered on the site and tried to buy the A1 with the package, but there seems to be no way to select your 5 or 6 free titles, without being charged full price. Is this just an offer where the seller selects your free titles, ie you get the ones the dealer can't shift?

I'd be grateful for a response.

and ask for Tony, mention my name and I'm sure he will sort you out

I have just spoken to Tony and he has informed me that there is no "auto removing" of the prices when you add them to the cart but he assures me that if you pick ANY 6 HD-DVD's you will ONLY BE CHARGED FOR THE PLAYER

If you are not happy with ordering on line just give him a ring, he is always happy to assist.............

Please buy with confidence, I have been dealing with him for over7 years

Cheers

I think a power selling total of over 5200 and positive feedback of 99.4% speaks for itself

But theres no denying your deal is just as good, only Ive got most the titles I want. If you've not got any (which you prob wont if your looking for a player in the first place then this is as good a place to start as any

CH

I'm still torn between Blu Ray and HD-DVD, what are your thoughts?

Cheers

HI this sounds really good.

Two questions i have never heard of dvdworldusa before can people confirm that they are a good supplier?

Secondly for the person that purchased his mation from the electronics store - did you not have to pay vat and customs duty on top of the £342?

cheers

dvdworldusa.com has been around for donkeys years, longer than playusa.com

Tony PROMISES NO VAT and if by some strange reason it is charged to you, he will refund you all of it!

Give him a ring and put you mind at ease if you are not happy with online ordering

Dont delay though, he wont be doing this deal forever

Players are not within the UK but are sent via Fedex Express shipping 3-5 business day delivery

Warranty will obviously be with the manufacturer as with all stuff like this but any problems just talk to him and you can sort it out easily, try doing that through an e bay seller
