That is incredible. Mind you with the price of plasmas falling all the time I would not think they could have charged much more than that for a graded item.

Picked one up at RS Norwich this morning (Thanks Piers), they got it in on a pallet from Bristol this morning, great screen at a fantastic price.
PQ is very good, I demo'd in the shop and it is easily as clear and colourful as the hitachi and miles ahead of the daewoo that they sell at £1499 (£1399 on 'net)

was also told that the word is that they will have a new retail plasma (no ideas on make/model) for £999 in time for xmas

I am a happy man

Hi there,

does anybody know if the product comes with a video board or is it via VGA input only? How does it rate in comparison with the latest generation panny's for instance?

Thanks.

Is the link in the first post to Richersounds.co.uk working for anyone at the moment?
The web site seems to have been down (from here) for at least a week now.

In relation to video board, mine came with BNC and S-Video inputs in addition to the VGA, no scart though.

What's run time did you have on your panel mate? and could you confirm what warranty you got with?

Cheers

Hello, the screen as I said is great, excellent contrast etc, watching DVD'S the picture is spot-on, no need to deviate from the standard colour settings etc.

ledzep100, I havent come accross runtime in the menus anywhere, anyone know how I might check this?

Warranty from RS is actually only 3 months BUT AFAIK Fujitsu provide a 2 year warranty (1st year onsite) and as I have a receipt to prove that I purchased last week which has no mention of it being a graded product I would think that they would honour this.
