I've just had my Latest PC-Pro magazine (Sep 2004) and Evesham (www.evesham.co.uk) are advertising a 42" Ultra Bright Plasma TV for £1599 inc VAT with a free Stand and 2 years warranty. Specs 1000cd screen technology / 1500:1 contrast ratio / Anti burn protection / Advanced progressive scan processing / Intergrated TV Tuner (Analouge) / Picture in picture / Remote control / Pal/NTSC compatible / Tru 16:9 aspect ration / Over 160deg viewing angle / PC monitor support up to 1280x1024 (Odd widescreen!) / Internal stero amplification - £1360.85 exc VAT.

Connectors Scart x 1 / Mini d-sub 15pin (vga) x 1 / RF x 1 / RCA (composite) x 2 / RCA (Component) x 1

I can't see it on their website yet - but it don't sound too bad.
