Forgive me as only just recently bought an amp so don't have a subwoofer or anything yet but does this really help with the sound? Any advice please?

Also the parasol bases are worth considering as they have money off again. You heard me. 1/2 price subwoofer Granite square base

Personally i would go with the worktop saver as the bevelling and finish is likely to be of a higher standard.

The Argos one just has four small round felt pads.
