DIY Plaques for your Cinema

I was looking for some Dolby/DTS/THX plaques the other day and found this site with free pics you can print Gallery enjoy

Much to the wifes disgust I spent most of yesterday printing some and then framing them apparently I need to get a life

Re: DIY Plaques for your Cinema

Awesome thread, awesome link.

That will come in a lot of use, thanks! I was preparing to buy those framed from Ebay, but it will work out a damn site cheaper if I do it myself.

Cheers again,

Ste

p.s. get a life.

Re: DIY Plaques for your Cinema

Hi maxwell. Someone I was chatting to on another forum used that site for downloading images a couple of months back, but he was stuck without a plaque for 'Energy Loudspeakers'.

So I recreated one for him that was size, colour, reflection and lens flare matched to the original creators as you can see here:

You can see the original 3000x2400 px original PNG here as an idea of the quality for printing:

So if anyone is thinking of using the aforementioned site for downloading images, but is having no luck with getting their desired logo from the original creator, then gimme a shout, and I'll see if I can knock something up for ye - (time permitting of course !).

EDIT: I do only have a .PSD template for the 'GOLD ON BLACK' btw.
