brains / general assistance for install

Hi All

these forums provide so much interesting and much needed information,

I have searched the forums but need i need some simple advice on the best way / most economical way to start on the following.
info requiered on hardward/software/cabling

Lounge = Existing equipment: Sky +, Panasonic 42PX80B, Pioneer DVD 5.1 H.T.S.
Lounge = Requirements: To be able to watch TV – and recorded stuff, listen to music (held on PC)

Study = Existing equipment: TV.
Study = Requirements: To be able to watch TV – and recorded stuff, listen to music (held on PC)

Kitchen / Dining = Existing equipment: PC with (XP) with Pinnacle 7010i PCIe Dual DVB-T / DVB-S/ tuner (no software yet)
512mb graphics card with (vga, DVI out)
Broadband feed
Kitchen / Dining = Requirements: To be able to watch TV – and recorded stuff, listen to music (held on PC)

Conservatory = Existing equipment .None
Conservatory = Requirements: To be able to watch TV – and recorded stuff, listen to music (held on PC)

PLUS Upstairs – 3 x bedrooms to have feed from PC and /or Sky to watch SKY and recoded stuff, Music not really important.

any help would e really great - wife wants it done and sorted quickly
