I was wondering, is it ok to
a) mount the lcd tv onto the main wall
b) use MDF (or similar) to 'build' the wall forward so that the front of the TV is flush with the wall?
The concern I have is the heat that the tv will give off essentially 'inside' the fake wall area. The area will be large (roof to floor) and wide (about 3 times the width of the tv) but could the heat build up, and what could I do to stop that happening?
essentially I want to mount the tv so it looks / is resessed into the wall so that the projector screen can come down in front of it rather than having to mount the projector screen forward on the roof to let it get past the screen.
Any thoughts, comments etc would be fab
Thanks in advance
David
