cabling required?

I have lots of questions i hope someone can help me with.
I am away to re-wire my house, just want to know the correct wiring i need to install, created a central point in the house for wiring to go to
i am wanting to install cabling, equipment will be bought at a later stage

lighting control - twin and earth to lighting circuits from dimming panel
cat 5e to light switches from dimming panel

audio - (really unsure about this section, need some sort of source input to amp, what cables do i need from source to amp?) 2x cat 5e from amp (future install) to keypads (future install) for main lounge, kitchen and bedroom. speaker cable from these keypads to ceiling speakers

satellite, freeview, sky HD (future install) - 4x coaxial to central point from satellite dish, 2x coaxial from central point to 4tvs around the home for sky and freeview. 2x cat 5e from central point to 4tvs around the home for sky HD (baluns installed in the future)
i want to use a matrix switch (4x4) so i have sky box (sky hd future), PS3, wii at centre point to watch/play on 4tvs around the home.

telephone, broadband - 2x cat 5e from patch panel (central point) to rooms around the home for telephone point and broadband point.
(really unsure how to network my house)

i really need some help to know if this is the correct cabling i require!!!
