How to route removable cables for plasma wall mount?

Hi,
Just finalising my in wall plans.
The wall mount will be chased into plaster & fixed directly to brick wall.
False wall (60mm from plaster on wall to front of new plasterboard wall face...can't go any deeper coz of swmbo)
so plasma will stand proud of new wall by 58mm.
A 70mm gap of 60mm depth will go around plasma..a la picture frame.
Duct for cable connects will drop from plasma, to AV cupboard below & will be on left of centre speaker (in wall mounted) directly below plasma.

Question;
How do I hide the cables which exit the plasma bottom, as the rear of the picture frame is 15mm plaster onto the brick wall??
HELP...the builder starts this afternoon!!

Re: How to route removable cables for plasma wall mount?

I built a false wall from CLS and put on top 18mm board. This meant I could hide a 54mm by 110mm air conduit with a 90 degree bend on each end. Easily allows a SCART cable to pass through.
