Sound Proof Walls

Hi.

Im thinking of designing a cinema room, Because i have neighbours i dont want them to hear my films while rolling.

Does anyone know where to get some sound proof stuff from for walls?

Thanks

Try here

..but you're opening a whole can of worms, in most cases it's not enough to just do your walls, floors and ceilings are important too....not to mention doors....and before you know it you've built an isolated room within a room and you're completely soundproofed and everything's great...apart from the fact that your set up sounds rubbish now because you've created a sonic black hole....

First off I'd talk to your neighbours and experiment by playing your system at the max volume you are likely to want to use it at and go round to theirs and see how it sounds - you never know, you might not have a problem (well you can hope!)
