HI
I wish to sort out my viewing arrangement and sote all my equipment in one place and be able to view i the content in any one location.
I have looked at the avlynx setup and it is very good, but i would like to ad data.
I am now considering the Windows Media centre as an option and i was looking for help in the view tv in more than one location using a tv tuner card sat & freeview.
Any suggestions or help or am i looking for too much?

This can be done using windows media center using a dual output tv card so you could then in essence then link it up to two screens. I think also with an sli setup you could then make this up to four TV's. Could also go down the route of DVI splitters and the like though to get 4 displays without needing another graphics card.

Only problem is im not sure windows allows you to show a duplicate screen on multiple screens using different resoloutions on each screen.

And if you do use a media center pc and do then add a TV/SAT Tuner then i see no problems as all TV's will be linked to the same PC so will have no problems showing content.

Hope that helps a bit!

is it possible to distribute this to the other tv's using a network or cat5 cable?
I saw a show piece on the microsoft web site where they used extenders to distribute the content and all could work independently. but thes extenders are not available here yet
