LCD+Chimney Breast = No wire.... ?? Smashing My House to Bits ??

Any ideas how to hide my Wires to my TV?

I want to eliminate the 2HDMI, 1xSVideo, 4x RCA, 1x Coax 'Wall Art' that I currently have.

Anyone have any idea?
Or maybe you have done it?

A -
2x Faceplates with said connectors (one behind TV - one at Ground level)

B-
2X Open Faceplates with cables passing through... (Cables round corner trunking nightmare)

C-
Plaster the cables in forever, like little timecapsules.

Hi,

A is overkill, IMHO,
B means a pretty deep channel, probably not suited to your chimney breast, and do you really need this?
C seems like the sensible option to me. Do you really think you'll change anything any time soon? And when you do, you can come back here, and post again!

Cheers,
MarkP

I am guessing that the fire is actually using the chimney for waste gases? If its not then you could potentially core drill a hole big enough to get your hand through on the side of the chimney next to your rack and another behind your TV. You could then, using draw cables connect the equipment to your TV?

Another idea would be to take the cables up from the TV and under the floor above to get round the corner with a more gentle curve. Then bring the cables down next to the equipment rack. It would requite longer cables and more work, but you wouldn't have to try and get round a tight corner with lots of cables.
