Building a Fake wall

Am having a fake wall built later this week, 8ft x 8ft and a couple of inches deep.

Can anyone tell me the do's and dont's of building a fake wall so i can pass this onto the builder?

I'll be mounting a Pioneer 5080D and M&K Xenons.

What cable feeds should i be feeding from the TV to the amp? I was thinking 2 x HDMI cables (1 from amp and 1 from the Sky HD box) and the power lead to the plasma. Anything else?

Cheers

Re: Building a Fake wall

What do you mean by a fake wall? - thought you meant a dry partition at first but then you mention that it's only a couple of inches thick.

Cheers,

Nigel

Re: Building a Fake wall

I'm assuming he means a 'floating wall' as per some of the projects in this forum?
