portable heating

hi
can anybody help
im after some portable heating which would heat my loft home cinema,the space is 24ft x 12ft,floor/walls/ceiling will all be carpted,in summer its warm up there which i can use a electric fan for cooling but in winter its freezing so i need a portable heater which i can just plug in to take the cold edge off.
i have a budget of £100 is there anything in this price range,i dont need it to be a sauna in the room i just need it to be comfetable
and links fleabay/b/q or anywhere else

I'd recommend electric oil-filled radiators. They warm-up reasonably quickly, have good thermostatic control, and are probably the most efficient of any electrically powered heater.

Good range here.

I'd go for a couple of the DeLonghi 2kW ones that are on special offer.

You may also pick up second-hand ones on fleabay / freecycle. They're fairly indestructible so an old one should still work fine.

the delongi at £39 special offer do you recomend,would 2 of those be ok

Yes, they're the ones. The more expensive ones have more sophisticated controls, but the basic operation is the same.
