I am moving house in less than 2 weeks and as soon as I do I want to get the cinema finished before everything is unpacked! Quite sensible I think, and the missus agrees. I already have all the kit I which is currently in quite a good install, so I have so fairly lofty ambitions for the new one!
My problem is I currently have everything (and everything is quite a lot of kit) in an understairs cupboard and this will not be possible in the new house. As such it must all be shoved into the lounge. The lounge is 21' long and 11' wide
The only idea that has been given the green light from the missus is a cabinet in the bay window, thinly disguised as a window seat. Her dad has promised his help to build said cabinet, which is nice as he is quite an accomplished craftsman.
I will be re-using the PJ and getting a new screen to go over the bay window (Not in it, it's too small!

) The bay window is 181cm wide, 90cm to window sill and 67cm deep. Apparently 80cm is too high for a window seat!
I have to shove in : Denon 3910 DVD, PS3, XBOX, Wii, Freeview box (TBC), PC, Yam AMP, 2 Cyrus Monos and 3 Monitor Audio GR in-walls, possibly a video switch box as well as I can't afford a new amp with HDMI right now!
All into this small space, and I really don't like things cluttered!
False chimneys seem to be the in thing but that's not a starter for 10! I am allowed to have it bow fronted which is alot of work but I'm up for it!
I have some ideas but I would like to know what other people have done in bay windows as I just can't seem to find any.
Please help?
