Advice required on hiding cable for a LCD install

Hi

Not been on the site much but when I do the help is always useful. So here I am again.

I am about to start redecorating my 26 foot lounge and want to mount a LCD to the chimney breast above a floating fire (yet to be purchased). In addtion I have LCD in the conservatory (on the same wall just further down the house) which has SKy HD connected and I would like to get a feed form that box to the new TV. I have a Sky digibox in the lounge which I will connect to the new tv but want the enhanced picture but how do I get it?

I will chase the cable in the wall which I have done in the past but should I build a false wall or just connect to the brick wall? any ideas.......
