Expanding Foam Safety Warning

Guys,

I've just received a safety bulletin here at work regarding a can of expanding foam which exploded and killed someone. I know this is used a lot, so thought I would share it here. I've removed references to company names, although this was a general distribution notice. Please note, it's a real incident, not hearsay.

Mods, please remove if this is inappropriate.

Regards,
MarkP

Re: Expanding Foam Safety Warning

There was a follow up that went round the office a few weeks ago; if I can recall correctly the accident occurred due to the product being heated up by a blowtorch. I will see if I can find it in my emails tomorrow.
