False wall

i am thinking of putting my plasma on the wall and build a false wall round it so it looks flush. As I have seen some of you guys done this on here. What i am thinking if I made it all out of MDF can i just leave it and paint it. Or is it better to do a plaster job?

Re: False wall

MDF would be stronger, so I can't see a problem.
Just make sure you wear a decent mask and ensure plenty of ventilation when messing with MDDeath

I'm saying that because I'm sure very few people realise how dodgy the stuff is, outside the construction industry
