AV Design Console

Seems a shame to let things go to waste....

Some few months ago designed what I think would be a good all-purpose cabinet for AV hardware and TV support - all in lovely wood. Now it seems that life will actually be simpler and we will most likely go for a longer, lower, standard shelf arrangement out of old teak - still looks lovely, but more in keeping with the rest of the decor. What I was going for was something a bit more complex and, ultimately, quite a bit more money!! She at home rules, I will never question

If anyone wants to use the attached to go ahead and do something, please feel free. Tried to make it self-venting with cable tidying in a recess at he back and easy management of cables with through-slots in vertical inside walls. Doors are designed to open and slide out of the way in recesses, and slatted doors for ventilation and (probably) remote control with doors shut - little fingers can be kept away from the pride and joy. Drawers for things like remotes, extra cables, camcorders etc...

If anyone wants I'll mail the native visio file for editing purposes.

Happy New Year all
