My effort !!

Hi All,

I have finally, after months of building, placed my HTPC into its new home :

I had the cabinet custom built to house the equipment inc Samsung DVD player (for the wife), X15e HTPC, Sky+, my Yammy 4600 & the Bose Sub.
I am using the Bose AM15II, which I know are not the most liked system on this site, but can I just say that they do actually sound very good

My Samsung 32" LCD wall mounted, with cables hidden behind custom plinth, & Bose centre cube.
I did all the work myself, & feel quite proud of the result.

Bose cube with ceiling mount, I run all the cables prior to replacing ceilings.

Imran.

No problem:

http://www.origenae.com/product_x15e.htm

Please bare in mind that these cases have very limited screen resolutions, & I need to buy a third party VGA splitter to resolve this issue. Not that I mind, because IMHO, I think that this is the finest HTPC case available (no link to seller)

No. The cabinet has a cut-out in the base, & the sub is acually sitting on the floor. The door starts to complain, but I usually have it open.

Regards

Imran.

Nice setup but i would be slightly concerned about the heat generated buy the HTPC and if your yamaha was built to take the weight of that kit.

Fibreguy, how low are you running the resolution on the Samsung for it to match the res on the touchscreen?, i know they don't scale high resolutions at all.
