Has anyone ever tried to pivot lift a projection screen?

I think this might be a bit over my head, but still it could solve a lot of issues for me.

I bought a Carada projection screen for my new setup, and due to the odd shaped room I have, I need to find "creative" ways to mount it.

I came across these images:

Can it be done, I wonder? Considering the screen is about 80 inches wide, but only weighs about 10 or 12 kgs.

surely if u can pivot down the screen then u can use a roll down screen
a lot cheaper too
