DVD to LCD connections!

I have had an S-video cable put into the walls in the bedroom for a DVD player (only has S-video/component connections!?!?)

However both ends of the S-video connections are technically 'buggered' so I am wondering whether I can connect anything wirelessly to a LCD TV (has scart & s-video connections!)?

I am not too up on the old soldering business so I am wondering whether there's a quicker and simple method before going down this route?

Hi

Presumably the cable is not free or loose in the wall then and it is fixed in place? Just wondering if you could do the old tie the old lead to the new lead trick and pull it through the cavity
