What to use for cable exits?

Wall mounted my plasma this weekend and I have chased out the wall for the TV cables, but what should I use where the cables exit at the top and bottom of the wall to make it neat?

Also I have wallmounted some speakers, is there anything I can use where the speaker cable exits to make it tidy?

Cheers,
Mike.

For my speaker cable exits I just glued a washer in place just below the surface so there was a clean exit for my cables and to prevent tugging away at the plastered channels. Not sure about your plasma cables though as I guess you'd want something a bit neater where it's on show...

Hi i like the idea of the washer (painted) idea earlier in the thread which made me think of these:

http://www.realoakfloors.co.uk/pages...ipe_covers.htm

they are also available from good plumbers merchants and hardwood/laminate floor specialists ranging from 8mm - 28mm diameter in a variaty of wood shades or white and even chrome but don't be put of by ones ive seen at B&Q as they were just printed paper ( a bit flimsy )
