Heavy duty speaker wall mounts

I'm looking for wall mounts for my SVS SBS-01s. I was supplied a pair of B-Tech BT5's by AV Sales ( http://www.canford.co.uk/commerce/Pr...oductID=18-074 ) but these are no good as the weight of the speakers exerts too much leverage on the ball and socket joint causing the whole thing to droop over the course of a day or two, no matter how much the screw is tightened.

Anyway, I've been looking at the Vogels VLB 100 ( http://www.vogels.com/detail.asp?ISS...D=82&PlineId=0 ) and these look perfect, but going by the diagrams in the instructions PDF it doesn't look as if they lock horizontally. There'll be kids and dogs running about in the room so I need the speakers to be locked solid on all planes.

So, is there anything out there that'll do the trick and look good at the same time? Ideally I'd like mounts that attach to the rear of the speaker rather than a shelf support arrangement.

Could you not wedge something into the space between the wall and the bottom of the speaker, whilst using your current brackets?

As it's only to stop the speaker/ bracket assembly from sagging I'd imagine that it wouldn't have to be that stong.

I'd be tempted with a bit of clear plastic to minimize visual intrusion

That's not really an option for me, I'd much rather a mount that works as intended out of the box.

I should have the Vogels mounts early next week and will report back then
