its not an advert its people keep saying that resilient channel is rubbish and this is the conversation i had with the chap at custom audio design

Custom Audio dont make or install RC, they just sell it

if RC is installed incorrectly it wont work properly. Bass will get 'sucked' out of a room if the edges are not sealed or if the board resonates at the same frequency, say 40hz, it is possible to 'short circuit' RC, this reduces its effectiveness.
